We ship to 80+ countries. Duties may apply on arrival.

Shipping speeds

- International standard7-14 business days
- International express3-6 business days (calculated at checkout)
Order tracking
Sign in and visit your Account page - every order shows status (pending, shipped, delivered). A tracking link is emailed when the carrier picks up your package.

Email [email protected] within 30 days with your order ID. We send a prepaid label and refund to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the item.

Pack the item in its original packaging. We arrange the pickup.

Your refund goes back to the original payment method after inspection.
