Standard shipping is on us when you spend more than $99.99.
Destinations are the ones offered at checkout. Duties may apply on arrival.

Shipping speeds

- Domestic express1-2 business days ($12 flat)
- International standard7-14 business days
- International express3-6 business days (calculated at checkout)
Order tracking
Sign in and visit your Account page - every order shows status (pending, shipped, delivered). A tracking link is emailed when the carrier picks up your package.

Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order ID. We send a the return instructions on the policy page and refund to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the item.

Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Pack the item in its original packaging. We arrange the pickup.

Your refund goes back to the original payment method after inspection.
